Cavatast is one of the most exciting gastronomic/culinary Autumn events in Catalonia. It is the showcase for Barcelona’s cava province, the Penedès. Once a year all cava producers flock to the capital of cava, Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, where they literally take over the main street and set up a stall for a weekend and start serving cava.
