There is a little park in Barcelona called Parc de la Ciutadella. Calling this park ‘small’ is accurate, but only if you think about other parks in the world like Hyde Park or the Golden Gate Park. In a way, Parc de la Ciutadella is an oasis in an already very green city. As mentioned in another article, on Sundays, after 3pm, you can visit most of Barcelona’s museums for free -and the good news is that the Botanic Gardens are included in the deal. When the weather is nice, it’s worth choosing this location to spend some quality time with your family, or even on a date. It’s not one of those places -so frequent in Barcelona- that attracts crowds, so you’re sure to have a nice relaxing time…
